COMPONENTS

STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE

The structure of PRO series is built with beam center stabilized and precision machined steel for perfect anchorage of the working groups to guarantee the maximum rigidity to prevent the transmission of vibrations from the high frequency motor. 

The mechanized of the bench is made entirely on a CNC center.

PRESSURE BEAMS

Built with solid steel frame with high rigidity, is an excellent anchorage for work groups, some of which are mounted precisely on the upper pressure beam.

 

The pressure beam is equipped with a double line of rubber wheels with sliding bushes.

The operation of height adjustment of the pressing, to adapt the dimensions of the panel, is automatic.

TRANSPORT CHAIN

The transport chain is made with industrial patine coated with a high adhesion polymer and durability for smooth contact with the panel and easily replaced individually.

Patines slided on rectified hardened steel guides to ensure righteousness and insensitivity to lateral loads of work.  Patines, 75 mm, leans over a large area on the guides.

OMRON NB series user friendly control with direct connection to the PLC, providing quick access and monitoring of all machine functions (start/stop, program editing, parameters check & editing, alarms visualization, PLC I/O diagnostics) in real time.

Robust 10” TFT colour touch LCD with LED backlighting, multi-language support and 128 Mb of memory for storage of screen data and job programs.

UNITS

FEEDING STATION

It is made with a tray for the roll of edging material.

Timer controlled automatic feed allowing the precise adjustment of the in-feed surplus and minimizing the waste of edging material.

Pneumatic pre-cut guillotine (fit for PVC/ABS edges of up to 3 mm thickness).

OPTIONAL: Automatic strips feed magazine 

PRE-MILLING STATION(PF-12)

It is powered by two HF motors. One has a 1,8 kW motor, rotating CW and the second has 1,5 kW, rotating CCW. Both motors have pneumatic pressure control and provide optimum finish.

Milling heads with welded DIA bits. The standard tooling specifications is: ø100 ø20 H30 Z6;

OPTIONAL: tooling specifications of: ø100 ø20 H65 Z10; 

GLUE UNIT (M2-NS )

New design with improved thermodynamics, granting a shorter heating with less power consumption.

Automatic temperature control by electronic thermostat preventing the scorching of the glue when the machine is idle.

Full TEFLON® coating of the whole assembly.

OPTIONAL:  DUOMELT allows fast and easy cleaning when changing from EVA to PUR and vice versa due to the simple and efficient draining system of the residual glue in the glue pot.

Improved sealing of the whole assembly to reduce moisture absorption when working with PUR glues (DUOMELT upgrade option).

PRESS ROLLERS STATION

Group of 3 rollers exerting pressure on the edge band mechanically in order to achieve its adhesion onto the panel edge.

The first roller (cylindrical) is driven and the next two are conical (positive & negative), have smaller diameter and free running.

The main pressure roller is positioned by a SIKO digital counter to the desired edge thickness.

OPTIONAL: Automatic positioning - 2 pre-set positions.

END TRIMMING STATION (V-7)

A carriage with 2 independent HF motors, one performing the front and the other the rear trim cut.

It allows smooth and precise movement of the carriage on linear bearings along hardened and ground cylindrical guide ways;

The saws can be tilted at an angle 0-10º angle for a better finish of the end trim cuts;

OPTIONAL: Automatic tilting at 2 pre-set positions from the screen.

TOP AND BOTTOM TRIMMING STATION (BC-5)

Separate top and bottom units for trimming of the excess of edging material along the upper and the lower edges of the panel;

Horizontal and vertical tracers with SIKO digital readouts for easy and precise adjustment;

The two independent units are equipped with milling cutter heads and can tilt from 0-20°. It also includes roller type tracers for work with high gloss and 3D effect panels and edges;

CORNER ROUNDING STATION (FD 60)

Designed to round the 4 points of the panel edged with 2 mm PVC/ABS band in order to achieve its complete finishing. Not recommended for machining of deeper soft-formed or post-formed profiles;

It is powered by two HF motors and equipped with a vertical and a horizontal tracing device.

It also has a vertical tracer equipped with dual independent regulation to achieve the perfect machining of the panel.

Engines power 0,27 kW 

OPTIONALS

RADIUS SCRAPER (RB-8)

Designed to give the finishing touch of the radius of the PVC/ABC edging after the T&B trimming.

It has roller type horizontal and vertical tracers with SIKO digital counters for precise and easy adjustment.

It also has blow nozzles for tracer cleaning and a extraction system with PVC/ABS waste collector.

Manual positioning of the station in ON and OFF position.

OPTIONAL: RB-8N Automatic positioning at 2 pre-set positions (ON/OFF)

GLUE SCRAPER (RR-8)

Designed to remove possible rests of glue on the top & bottom surfaces of the panel.

It has two blade holders with independently adjustable vertical copying devices and also blow nozzles for tracer cleaning.

Manual positioning of the station in ON/OFF position.

OPTIONAL: RR-8N Automatic positioning at 2 pre-set positions (ON/OFF)

BUFFING STATION (PC-5)

Designed to remove possible residues of glue, restore the PVC/ABS edge color and polish it after the trimming and scraping operations;

Two independent units with tilting motors and hard cotton discs.

Engines power 0,1 kW

Speed rotation of the discs 1.500 rpm

NON STICK AGENT SPRAY AT ENTRANCE & CLEANING SPRAY AGENT STATION AT EXIT

The first spray is positioned at the entrance and is composed of a chemical product which prevents the excess of glue to stick into the top and bottom of the panel.

The second spray is used to clean the panel and with the help of the Buffing Unit gives a brighter finish of the edge.
